Dizzy Disaster is not retarded. While Dizzy can be a joy to be around, she's sometimes a lot to handle. She's been kicked out of 6 schools, 2 gymnastics clubs, the Mathletes, the Girl Scouts, the after school club, and the sticker-collecting club (which she founded, btw).
In fact, Dizzy had never really excelled in anything at all until she met the Cock-Ts. Somehow, this particular cheer squad is just special enough that Dizzy's special qualities fit right in.
